Introduction: Serve as the primary customer interface for TT Electronics, managing assigned customer programs and customer accounts, including program execution, revenue performance, order intake, profitability, gross margin, business reviews and customer care for electronics manufacturing programs, including aerospace and defense customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary customer focal point and support customer relationship management across the account. 
  • Provide regular updates to TT Electronics leadership on account status, opportunities, risks, issues, and forward-looking outlook.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to maximize account potential and support long-term account growth
  • Lead the Customer Focused Team in addressing issue resolution, opportunities and urgent escalations. 
  • Own the execution of pricing, scheduling and cross-functional communication plans. Maintain financial responsibility for product profitability, including PPV, gross margin, material liability and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Communicate schedules, milestones, and progress consistently to internal stakeholders and to the customer.
  • Maintain full financial responsibility for product profitability, including PPV, gross margin, material liability, accountspecific costs, and costreduction initiatives.
  • Limit TT Electronics’ liability by managing contract requirements including but not limited to pricing and inventory.
  • Conduct regular customer/TT Electronics business reviews internally and externally to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and cultivate new business expansion opportunities within the customer’s organization.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to support program needs, relationship management, and operational execution.
  • Support Global Account Managers in preparing quarterly and annual business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM data accuracy, ensuring complete and current intelligence for all assigned accounts.

Education/Experience/Credentials: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or two to four years’ related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, business reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, Salesforce, ERP and other business systems; manufacturing / electronics manufacturing exposure helpful.
  • Language Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and analyze periodicals, business reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and professional reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, team members, and the public. The individual must demonstrate strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to collect and analyze data, solve practical problems, and work effectively with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must consistently maintain a professional and positive image in all situations while exercising sound judgment. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, slidepresentation tools, internet browsers, email platforms, and businesssystems software.
