Job Title: Assistant Property Manager (Entry-Level) 

Location: Loveland, CO (80538) 

Industry: Affordable Housing / Property Management 

Pay: $47,000 – $52,000 annually

Job Description: 

The Assistant Property Manager will support the daily operations of residential communities while also assisting the broader property management team with administrative and compliance-related initiatives. This position is fully onsite, with time split between assigned properties and the main office. The role provides direct responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 50–100 units, along with cross-functional team support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned residential properties 
  • Conduct routine property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained 
  • Support rent collection efforts and lease compliance processes 
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resident questions and concerns 
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor unit turns and vacancies 
  • Maintain accurate resident files and ensure regulatory compliance 
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation requirements 
  • Provide backup coverage for other property management team members as needed 
  • Contribute to special projects and departmental process improvements 
  • Uphold Fair Housing standards and maintain confidentiality at all times 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma required; additional education preferred 
  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, housing programs, or related administrative roles preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software systems 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 

Additional Details: 

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • Fully onsite role (3 days at properties, 2 days at main office)
