Job description

As a Junior Account Executive, you will serve as the "boots on the ground" face of AristaMD for our clinical partners across the Tampa and Orlando regions. Reporting directly to the Sr. Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving daily provider engagement and ensuring our clinical services are seamlessly integrated into local practices.

This is a high-energy, field-based role requiring 70% travel (typically four days per week in the field). You will focus on building rapport with frontline clinical staff, troubleshooting adoption hurdles, and ensuring that our mission of improving patient access to specialty care is realized at the clinic level. Location: Remote (Must reside in the Tampa or Orlando metropolitan areas).

What You'll Do Execute Adoption Tactics: Implement provider engagement activities to increase the use of AristaMD specialty care and eConsults within assigned clinics. Be the Local Face: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for health centers and multi-specialty groups across Central Florida. Master the Territory: Maintain a rigorous local travel schedule, spending 4 days per week visiting clinics in person and 1 day working from home for administrative tasks.

Educate & Onboard: Conduct onsite training sessions for providers and staff on clinical care pathways, eConsult use cases, and platform navigation. Support Clinical Champions: Assist in identifying and supporting "Clinical Champions" within each site to foster long-term program success. Report & Troubleshoot: Monitor clinic-level metrics to identify low engagement, gather feedback on "pain points," and work with the Senior AE to implement solutions.

Close the Loop: Act as the primary liaison for provider issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly while sharing field insights with the internal support team. Analyze Performance: Monitor clinical metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and present regular performance reviews and actionable insights to clients. Bridge Communication: Receive and respond to provider issues while sharing field insights with internal teams to support strategic program development.

Who You Are The High-Energy Travele: You thrive on the move. You view a 70% travel schedule as an opportunity to build real relationships and are comfortable navigating the I-4 corridor daily. The Relationship Builder: You have a "people-first" mentality.

You can walk into a busy clinic and quickly build rapport with everyone from the front desk to the Lead Physician. The Aspiring Strategist: You are eager to learn the complexities of Value-Based Care and global risk, using this role as a springboard to become a healthcare industry expert. The Reliable Executor: You follow through.

When a provider has a question or a clinic needs more materials, you ensure it happens promptly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Required in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Field Experience: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or clinical support (recent grads with strong internship experience in healthcare are encouraged to apply).

Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Tampa and Orlando healthcare landscape and geography. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and able to learn and demo new healthcare software quickly. Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for conducting small-group onsite trainings.

Organization: Strong time-management skills; ability to manage a dense travel calendar and log field activity accurately. Resilience: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, "start-up" style environment where priorities can shift quickly. About AristaMD AristaMD is a technology-enabled clinical services organization that enables primary care providers to manage and sustainably deliver excellent specialty care, profitably.

From its genesis as an eConsult provider, AristaMD built longitudinal care delivery that can be easily customized to meet your organization's needs. Our specialty care delivery and coordination services empower primary care organizations to deliver rapid access to high-quality specialty care, enhance population health management, and reduce costs. The company's innovative risk management approach includes leveraging alternative modes of care delivery, including eConsults, and deploying patient navigation and care coordination.

When combined with evidence-based care design and network orchestration, AristaMD ensures the patient receives the right care at the right time, often with results delivered within a few hours. The company augments its specialty care services with clinical expertise, data insights and complementary technology. Using shared data, AristaMD evaluates the patient population served by at-risk primary care organizations.

It determines where to use the company's SpecialtyCare360 services to have the greatest impact, allowing its clients to realize significant cost savings, increased care quality, decreased hospital admissions, and fewer emergency room visits.
