Job description

EXTREME SALES MARKETING LLC is hiring motivated Door-to-Door Sales Managers to help build local sales teams for a T-Mobile Fiber internet campaign.

This is a field sales leadership opportunity for someone who can recruit local reps, lead from the field, organize daily canvassing activity, and help customers sign up for residential fiber internet service where available.

This is not a desk job or a call center position. We are looking for people who can build a local team, train reps using our online training materials, and drive production in the field.

Pay

  • Average active managers earn $1,500–$2,000 per week
  • Commission-based 1099 opportunity
  • Paid based on completed customer installations
  • Team override opportunities available
  • Additional performance incentives may be available based on production

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and build a local door-to-door sales team
  • Train new reps using company-provided online training materials
  • Lead daily field activity in assigned service areas
  • Help reps understand scripts, offers, compliance rules, and customer follow-up
  • Speak with residential customers about T-Mobile Fiber internet availability
  • Help customers complete the sign-up process when service is available
  • Track customer submissions, follow-ups, and completed installations
  • Keep your team organized, motivated, and active
  • Report field activity and production updates to company leadership
