Job Summary

Operations Coordinator (hourly - 40 weekly) is someone interested in maintaining proper and accurate inventory and pricing while assisting the Store Manager/Replenishment Team with the overall success of the location. Some nights and weekends are required

Key Responsibilities Include (in addition, 50% of time focused on the Nutritional Consultation Role)

  • Receives and stocks daily orders in a timely manner
  • Maintains correct pricing, conducts cycle counts, and reports with high degree of accuracy
  • Communicates with the Replenishment Team about inventory and special needs
  • Ensure company meets its sustainability goals related to the environment, employees, community and YOY improvement in sustainability

Required Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • 2+ years related experience or equivalent, with preferably two years in the retail
  • Demonstrated ability of successfully partnering with others (ex. merchandising & purchasing)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Experience with MS Office
