Job description

US Logoworks is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented E-Store Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines e-commerce order management, light production, shipping, and general office support.

Schedule: Part-Time

Reports To: Quality Assurance Supervisor

What You’ll Do

As our E-Store Coordinator, you will help keep our company-managed online stores running smoothly from the time an order is placed through final shipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and process orders from our online e-stores
  • Receive and organize blank apparel and merchandise
  • Operate a heat press to apply the proper designs to apparel and products
  • Prepare, package, and ship completed customer orders
  • Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the order process
  • Answer incoming phone calls and take messages as needed
  • Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team and general office operations
