Lagarda Security is urgently hiring Security Officers in Michigan! We’re a top-tier provider in the security industry, offering professional protection services across commercial, residential, and public sectors.
Security Officer Job – Full-Time & Part-Time Join a team that values professionalism, reliability, and customer service. We need dedicated individuals ready to secure property and protect people with pride and urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol and inspect sites (foot & vehicle)
- Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism
- Respond to alarms and incidents
- Enforce policies
- Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and any incidents that occur
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members
- Prepare daily reports
- Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property at all times
- Collaborate with law enforcement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean background check
- Driver’s license or State I.D. + reliable transportation
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
