RedMane has a 2\-3 month contract for a dynamic Software Trainer<\/b>. This role is centered on leading engaging, instructorled training sessions<\/b>-both in person and virtually-for our clients' software implementations. The Trainer will deliver highquality learning experiences, ensure user readiness, and support the development of training materials and programs that help end users confidently adopt new systems.<\/span>
<\/p>Primary Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Lead inperson classroom training<\/b> and live virtual training sessions<\/b> for diverse user groups<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Facilitate handson software demonstrations, guided practice, and scenariobased learning<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Prepare training agendas, lesson plans, exercises, and supporting materials<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Assess learner progress and adjust delivery style to meet audience needs<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand system functionality and translate it into effective training content<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of training programs<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Evaluate user readiness and identify areas requiring additional support<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted training partner<\/span>
