Job description

JOB LOCATION: 300 North Point Pkwy., Alpharetta, GA 30005
DUTIES: Apply human behavior principles and methodologies to research problems to design the best customer experience. Develop user-experience research plans, collect data, moderate design testing sessions, facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders and deliver research reports based on an understanding of how to interpret design principles and standards to evaluate effective designs. Using UX research methods and design principles and can independently manage small projects or small aspects of a larger project. Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Human Factors Engineering and 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing qualitative research methods including generative, formative, and evaluative methods; conducting usability testing, ethnographic research, surveys, competitive analysis; creating point-of-view documents; employing online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods.
