Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gather relevant information and understand the unique mental health challenges faced by each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with client goals and preferences.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to specific client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused approaches.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who require virtual support, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit the online format effectively.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision and training to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or higher degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
