• Manage a diverse caseload of young clients, establishing meaningful connections while navigating therapeutic boundaries with professionalism.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring they are actively involved in their care journey.
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs of clients, consistently monitoring and adapting these plans based on feedback and clinical observations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to comply with clinical and legal standards.
• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings, promoting an environment of shared learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, integrating multidisciplinary approaches to service delivery when necessary.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health practices and maintain a growth mindset in your professional development.

This position focuses predominantly on youth, working with children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. You will play a critical role in guiding these individuals towards improved mental health outcomes through effective counseling and support.

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements across relevant clinical settings to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• A minimum of one year’s experience working directly with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance abuse.
• Proven background in assessment, diagnosis, and the provision of both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Experience using various electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in basic computer skills to document client interactions effectively.
