Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/ 3 properties, near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are close to the business office. Opportunity for advancement. We offer online and in-person training.

Compensation Includes:

  • $23.00-$25.00 per hour
  • $300.00 Auto Allowance and $25.00 cell phone
  • Free 1-bedroom apartment

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
  • Supervise property, staff, and external vendors
  • Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
  • Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.
  • Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
  • Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies
  • Heavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
  • Monitor the monthly financial budget
  • Strong leasing experience
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-family property management with 80+ units. Student housing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day.
  • Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
