Program Manager / Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager / Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale system modernization and migration initiatives.

Candidate must have a strong background in managing enterprise-level projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic transformation.

Experience in the healthcare industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale migration or modernization programs.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple project teams across various functions, ensuring coordination and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project and program management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on system modernization or large-scale migrations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex projects.
