Join Our Team as a Program Manager at CFW in Arcadia, CA! Are you a driven professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of program management? CFW is seeking a talented individual to oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet 21st-century design specifications. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational future of students across California by managing the design and construction of school facilities. Daily Responsibilities: Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals Review project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progress Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan Attend construction meetings and visit job sites regularly Provide input on project implementation and suggest improvements Creating and coordinating construction management detailed plans Proactively managing the risks relating to construction project execution Support the design process, review drawings against project requirements, assess constructability and provide other construction input during early project phases as needed Help to establish the success criteria of the project, including time, cost, technical, and quality performance parameters Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
