The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business development capability and industrial reliability expertise, with hands-on experience in rotating equipment monitoring, condition-based maintenance, online condition monitoring, predictive analytics, or related asset performance technologies.

This is not a conventional industrial sales role. Success requires the ability to build credibility with maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, and executive-level stakeholders while effectively demonstrating how reliability monitoring solutions contribute to equipment performance, operational uptime, and long-term asset optimization.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial reliability monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, strategic partners, industry influencers, and key decision-makers

  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand market penetration

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within industrial equipment monitoring and asset health management

  • Maintain and manage pipeline activity, forecast sales opportunities, and report performance metrics

  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, and commercial teams to support go-to-market initiatives

  • Support the development of sales tools, target account strategies, customer-facing resources, and market positioning materials

  • Attend technical conferences, industry events, and customer meetings to support networking, lead generation, and market visibility

  • Travel as needed to support customer engagement and business development efforts

What You Must Have

  • 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or end-user experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Industrial equipment monitoring

  • Rotating machinery monitoring

  • Online condition monitoring technologies

  • Predictive maintenance

  • Industrial reliability or asset performance solutions

  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment and connected mechanical systems

  • Experience with industrial assets such as motors, pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, generators, turbines, or similar equipment

  • Knowledge of sensor integration, machine-health analytics, and condition monitoring technologies

  • Familiarity with vibration analysis and the role vibration monitoring plays within reliability programs

  • Experience working within heavy and/or light industrial maintenance environments

  • Demonstrated success generating new business opportunities and closing complex technical sales

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, marketing, and commercial teams

  • Willingness to travel as required

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling predictive maintenance platforms, industrial sensors, vibration monitoring systems, reliability software, or machine-health analytics solutions

  • Background supporting plant reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial asset performance initiatives

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, utilities, energy, processing, heavy industry, or other equipment-intensive industrial sectors

  • Vibration analysis certification or related reliability certifications

Why Join the Team

This is an opportunity to join a growing and innovative organization focused on helping industrial customers modernize reliability and maintenance strategies through advanced monitoring technologies and predictive insights.

Youโ€™ll work alongside technical experts and commercial leaders who understand the importance of asset reliability, operational uptime, and data-driven maintenance decisions. The organization offers a collaborative environment, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly growing industrial technology market.

Who Will Excel in This Role

You will excel in this role if you:

  • Understand why industrial organizations invest in predictive maintenance and reliability monitoring solutions

  • Can build trust quickly with technical buyers and operational stakeholders
