The Opportunity:

The Manager, UCF Online Marketing is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to shape how prospective students discover and connect with UCF's fully online programs. As the Manager of UCF Online Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and enrollment across a portfolio of 130+ online programs. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing, you will work closely with UCF Online leadership, college-based marketing teams, and academic units to develop campaigns, content, and conversion tools tailored to the needs of online learners. Classification Title: Manager, Marketing Communications

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management:

  • Lead and manage cross-platform marketing strategy and campaigns across UCF's portfolio of online programs, including marketing plans, channel mix, and investment across programmatic advertising, SEM/SEO, email automation, and landing pages.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with UCF Online leadership, academic colleges, and campus marketers to align program priorities, enrollment goals, and marketing strategies across the online portfolio.

Content & Messaging Development:

  • Tailor messaging for adult learners and online audiences. Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure high-impact content.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign and program-level performance across channels, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve enrollment outcomes and return on marketing investment.

Digital Experience Alignment:

  • Partner with digital strategy and enrollment teams to ensure website and landing page UX supports prospective online student needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEM/SEO, programmatic advertising, email automation, and landing page optimization, across a large portfolio of programs, products, or services.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools) to evaluate campaign performance, interpret pay analytics, and inform data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce (or comparable CRM), WordPress or similar CMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Background in developing marketing content and messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including adult learners or online communities.

  • Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization strategies applied to digital content and landing pages.

  • Track record of leading projects from inception to completion while coordinating across cross-functional teams, creative partners, external agencies, and vendors.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
