Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Norcross. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with product information and order updates, and working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service throughout the cabinetry order process. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner
  • Process orders, quotes, and service requests accurately
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Keep up with Excel Spreadsheets
