• Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief.
• Utilize our platform's features, including video conferencing, online journaling, and tracking programs, to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.
• Customize treatment plans based on clinical judgment and patient needs, using evidence-based practices and your own expertise.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and progress within the platform for compliance and quality assurance.
• Engage actively in peer consultation forums to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate with fellow professionals.
• Adapt to client feedback and evolving treatment strategies, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who face various mental health challenges, including mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our platform excludes severe mental health cases and children, ensuring you work within your area of expertise and comfort. This focus on low-acuity patients allows for effective interventions and positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and unrestricted LPCC licensure with no disciplinary actions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, with access to a functional PC or laptop (tablets not supported).

• Experience in telehealth or online counseling settings, demonstrating proficiency in virtual client interactions.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities for low-acuity mental health issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage client interactions and documentation.

Our part-time LPCCs can earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
