Job description

Position Overview
MetroSys is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide onsite support for Microsoft infrastructure, identity management, endpoint administration, and cloud services. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who can independently manage day-to-day operational tasks while ensuring a secure, reliable, and well-managed IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, account changes, and access management.
  • Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams administration.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, policy management, and device compliance.
  • Monitor Azure services and assist with cloud administration and operational support.
  • Support endpoint lifecycle management, including device deployment, upgrades, and hardware coordination.
  • Assist with Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, Microsoft 365, and endpoint-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Systems Administration experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Azure administration
  • Strong understanding of identity management and endpoint administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations.
  • Experience with PowerShell automation.
  • Experience working in a managed services environment.
