As part of the Global Legal Operations and Strategic Services (GLOSS) team, the Analyst โ€“ Contracting Data & Operations (CLM) supports the technology, data, and process foundations that enable Equinix Legal to operate at scale. This role partners closely with Legal, the Digital & Innovation Office (DIO), Data & Analytics, and external providers to support enterprise Legal Technology systemsโ€”most notably Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)โ€”from design and deployment through adoption and continuous improvement.ย 

The Analyst plays a hands-on role in maintaining trusted contracting data, supporting Legal Technology initiatives, documenting standard processes, and identifying opportunities for automation, including the use of artificial intelligence. This position requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fastโ€‘moving, global environment.ย

This role sits at the intersection of Legal expertise, technology, and data, helping Legal teams work more efficiently, consistently, and transparently. By ensuring Legal systems are reliable, data is accurate, and processes are wellโ€‘designed and documented, this role directly supports better decisionโ€‘making, stronger contracting outcomes, and scalable growth. As part of GLOSS, the Analyst contributes to Legalโ€™s digital transformation and helps shape how technology and data power the contracting lifecycle at Equinix.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

Legal Technology & System Supportย 

  • Support contracting platforms, diagnosing system issues, and partnering with DIO for timely resolutionย 

  • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings across Legal systemsย 

  • Support system implementations, enhancements, deployments, and user acceptance testing (UAT)ย 

Data, Records & Content Managementย 

  • Maintain and administer contracting data, records, templates, and system content within CLM and related toolsย 

  • Partner with Legal subject matter experts to manage template standards, approvals, and updatesย 

  • Support compliance with data and records governance policies and controlsย 

Process, Documentation & Improvementย 

  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system documentationย 

  • Document currentโ€‘state and futureโ€‘state business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunitiesย 

  • Support process automation initiatives, including AIโ€‘enabled capabilities where appropriateย 

Business Analysis, Reporting & Adoptionย 

  • Gather and analyze business requirements; collaborate with DIO, business partners, and vendors to recommend practical solutionsย 

  • Produce metrics and routine reports measuring adoption, usage, and process effectivenessย 

  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to define reporting needs and develop actionable insightsย 

  • Support training materials and adoption strategies to increase awareness and effective use of Legal toolsย 

  • Collaboration & Problem Solvingย 

  • Work closely with Legal and crossโ€‘functional partners to understand needs, objectives, and operational challengesย 

  • Apply analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills to resolve issues and support continuous improvementย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Proven years of experience in a Legal Operations, Legal Technology, IT, or related business systems roleย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceย 

  • Experience supporting business systems or technology platforms in an enterprise environmentย 

  • Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business or system requirementsย 

  • Experience documenting processes, procedures, and workflows in a clear and structured mannerย 

  • Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutionsย 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent initiatives in a fastโ€‘paced environmentย 

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, Legal teams, IT teams, or crossโ€‘functional partnersย 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomesย 

  • Proficiency with common enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration or work management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)ย 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 66,000 - 98,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
