Position SummaryThe On Call Server provides reliable, high-standard table service to support food and beverage operations during fluctuating demand. This position exists to ensure guests receive timely, accurate service when events, peak periods, or staffing gaps require additional coverage.
Key responsibilities include guest greeting and table management; accurate entry and delivery of food and beverage orders; ongoing table maintenance and reset; completion of assigned side work; assistance with event setup and breakdown; and strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
