Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
  • 1+ years of experience with DB2.
  • 1+ years of experience with VSAM.
  • 1+ years of experience with CICS.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle application support and maintenance, including all production support activities.
  • Monitor incidents, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
  • Monitor batch processes and manage defects.
  • Provide support metrics and reporting.
  • Coordinate and triage with business and IT stakeholders, including offshore and nearshore teams.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and extend support for weekend production deployments.
