AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced L2 Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team. Be the backbone of operational visibility for mission-critical financial applications.
L2 Cloud Support Engineer
Join a dynamic team as an L2 Cloud Support Engineer, responsible for driving the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise-scale networks and cloud environments. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, leading system upgrades, performing proactive health checks, and collaborating with various teams.

  • Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and App Services.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, Hybrid Identity, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex L2 infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance.
  • Manage backup policies and disaster recovery plans using Azure Site Recovery.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, process documents, and configuration records.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
