Acrotech is expanding! Our company focuses on three key areas: oncology, dermatology, and biosimilars. We are currently building out a new Dermatology Business Unit to launch ADQUEY a novel treatment for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Omnichannel - Dermatology, to help lead our launch.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Omnichannel to lead the development and execution of our omnichannel engagement strategy for an exciting new product launch in the dermatology space.


This is a unique opportunity to build an integrated customer experience from the ground up. You'll work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, IT, Commercial Operations, and agency partners to create seamless, data-driven engagement across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the omnichannel strategy supporting a successful product launch and ongoing brand growth.

  • Design customer journeys and engagement strategies for healthcare professionals, patients and other key stakeholders.

  • Develop omnichannel promotional strategies that coordinate messaging across digital and physical channels.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to translate business objectives into integrated omnichannel campaigns.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns through channels such as email, mobile apps, websites, paid media, social media, and SMS.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Market Access, and IT to ensure aligned customer experiences.

  • Develop customer segmentation and personalized engagement strategies using data and analytics.

  • Analyze customer behavior, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Establish campaign KPIs and performance dashboards to measure effectiveness and optimize results.

  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and marketing technology vendors.

  • Ensure all digital content and promotional activities comply with FDA regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, omnichannel best practices, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and pharmaceutical customer engagement innovations.

  • Support launch readiness activities, including digital asset development, platform testing, and channel deployment.


Qualifications - Skills & Requirements

Required



  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, or commercial excellence.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated omnichannel campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, customer engagement platforms, and digital analytics.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional commercial teams.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%


Preferred



  • Dermatology or specialty pharmaceutical experience.

  • Experience supporting a pharmaceutical product launch.

  • Experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar commercial technology platforms.

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization strategies, and marketing analytics.

  • MBA or other advanced degree


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
