The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Strategy will serve as the digital strategy lead for Genmab's 1st US based launch in HNSCC. This critical role will report to the Associate Director of Omnichannel Strategy and be expected to work within the US Marketing & Sales Team as well as with key cross functional teams across Genmab.
You will have the opportunity to shape the brand's overarching omnichannel strategy while leading key aspects of its execution. Success in this role will require strong omnichannel strategy and channel execution experience, marketing & data operations knowledge, an understanding of the pharma/biotech and oncology space, and the ability to operate in an emerging/developing organization. This role will be based out of our Princeton, NJ Office.
Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the digital SME & business partner to the US Marketing & Sales Team and supporting Genmab cross-functional teams
  • Seamlessly integrate omnichannel strategies into the overall product brand plan, including supporting complex launch environments across multiple simultaneous brands and/or indications.
  • Shape tactical plans, pull through prioritized tactics and become immersed in the overall brand vision & strategy set by Genmab leadership, including development and execution of multi-indication launch plans
  • Lead with data; ensure data is a priority, that it is captured, and measurement strategies are designed at the onset.
  • Ensure perspectives from key stakeholders (Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, IT) are accounted early and often, particularly in dynamic launch environments with evolving regulatory considerations (e.g., accelerated approval timelines)
  • Drive omnichannel strategy and execution across concurrent launch timelines, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and resource optimization across brands and indications.
  • Spearhead novel & innovative ways of working in the spirit of delivering the ideal customer experience
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and promotional opportunities and promote best practices across Genmab
  • Define Key Performance Indicators and report up through US Marketing & Sales Team
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to launch readiness, including coordination across overlapping launch milestones and compressed timelines

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7+ years of professional relevant experience required (Pharma/Biotech)
  • Oncology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic areas experience preferred
  • Deep digital & omnichannel execution experience across core channels required
  • Demonstrated experience operating in complex launch environments, including managing multiple concurrent brand or indication launches, developing multi-indication launch strategies, and supporting products under accelerated approval timelines.
  • Thorough understanding of the cross-functional interdependencies needed to successfully execute complex omnichannel efforts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing operations, data operations and data privacy
  • Experience with leading marketing technologies in support of web/mobile/app experience, automation, performance & insight generation and compliance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
  • Startup, emerging pharma, or new team experience preferred

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$143,840.00---$215,760.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
