Job description

THE PERSON

Do you love talking to people, creating instant rapport, and turning quick conversations into real opportunities? Do you have high energy, confidence, and the ability to stay upbeat for an entire shift? If you enjoy fast-paced environments, love representing a brand in public, and are motivated by results, we want to talk to you!

Our ideal Part-Time Event Brand Ambassador is:

  • Outgoing and confident. You’re comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations, and keeping interactions professional and positive.

  • Results-oriented. You don’t just collect names—you focus on generating quality leads that can be successfully worked by the call center.

  • Detail-oriented with high integrity. You gather accurate information and follow the process so downstream teams can succeed.

  • Professional and reliable. You show up on time, represent the company well, and follow through on expectations.

  • Engaged and resilient. You can stay focused and upbeat through slower traffic, longer shifts, and a wide range of personalities.

  • Coachability matters. You take feedback well, apply what you’re taught, and work to improve over time.

This role is pivotal to growing Omni Remodeling through events and retail outreach. You’ll be the face of our company in the community—driving appointment volume and strengthening our brand in key markets.

Compensation:

$16 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Role #2: Represent the Omni Brand Professionally

  • Represent Omni Remodeling professionally at all events

  • Follow company appearance, conduct, and presentation standards

  • Communicate company value propositions accurately

  • Build customer confidence through professionalism and product knowledge

  • Protect and enhance the company's reputation at every event

Role #3: Maintain Event Display Excellence

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as assigned

  • Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout events

  • Ensure marketing materials remain stocked and available

  • Keep displays visually appealing and customer-ready

  • Protect event assets from damage or misuse

  • Follow event display standards and presentation requirements

Role #4: Execute Event Administration & Reporting

  • Complete and submit lead cards accurately and completely

  • Ensure all customer information is properly documented

  • Report schedule conflicts or attendance issues promptly

  • Follow all event reporting and documentation procedures

Role #5: Achieve Performance Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Meet or exceed appointment and lead generation goals

  • Participate in coaching, roleplay, and development activities

  • Apply feedback and training to improve performance

  • Support team goals and event success

  • Follow company systems, processes, and SOPs

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and personal accountability

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable engaging with the public and starting conversations in busy environments

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed for displays

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel through MD/VA/DC

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain authorization to work at all assigned event locations, retail partner locations, and other approved venues
