Strong is recruiting for a Digital/Omni Analytics Analyst for a client in North Phoenix, Arizona. This is an 8-10-week contract position with 30-40 hours per week. While the role can be performed remotely, candidates who can work in the office at least part of the week are preferred.
About the Role
Our client, a well-known national retail organization, is seeking a Digital / Omni Analytics Analyst to provide temporary support to its Digital Fulfillment and Omnichannel teams.
In this role, you will help analyze business performance, identify trends, create reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
This opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights and partnering with stakeholders to improve performance and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze digital, omnichannel, and fulfillment performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Manipulate and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and business analysis projects.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to answer business questions and support decision-making.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
