Office Coordinatorย 

Schedule: 3 Days per Week | 13-Hour Shiftsย 
Employment Type: Full-Timeย 

We'reย looking forย aย Office Coordinatorย to join our team and support front desk operations at our office. In this role,ย you'llย be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming and organized environment whileย assistingย with scheduling and administrative tasks. Noย previousย experience in a specific field isย requiredย -ย we'llย provide all the training you need.ย 

Whatย You'llย Doย 

  • Greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly mannerย 
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuringย accurateย informationย 
  • Collect payments and gather necessary billing detailsย 
  • Schedule, confirm, and update appointmentsย 

Whatย We'reย Looking Forย 

  • 1+ย yearย of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, front desk, etc.)ย 
  • Strong communicationย and organizational skillsย 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentย 
  • Basic computer and scheduling systemย proficiencyย
