This role is ideal for sales professionals with expertise in commercial moving, corporate relocation, or logistics services who excel at building client relationships and closing high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities within commercial office moving, workplace relocation, and corporate logistics sectors
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, office managers, facilities directors, HR teams, and procurement professionals
  • Conduct client consultations to assess office relocation needs, timelines, budgets, and service requirements
  • Develop customized proposals, moving plans, pricing structures, and service contracts
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing and account handoff
  • Collaborate with operations and move management teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for storage, warehousing, furniture installation, and additional relocation services
