Our client, a growing, mission-driven organization, is expanding its footprint in White Plains and preparing for an upcoming office relocation and is looking to add an Office Coordinator to its team. The team is collaborative and fast-moving, and it values professionalism, kindness, and strong attention to detail.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$27/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a professional, warm, and highly organized Office Coordinator to support a busy White Plains office during a short-term, project-based assignment. This role will be the “face of the office,” managing front desk coverage, shipping/logistics, and hands-on coordination support during an office move happening in the coming weeks. Candidates must be commutable to White Plains, NY.
Responsibilities Of The Office Coordinator
  • Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner for a 20 - 30-person office.
  • Manage inbound/outbound shipping and package logistics (FedEx and similar carriers).
  • Assist Sales/Marketing with shipping collateral and materials as needed.
  • Support office relocation efforts and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly during the transition.
  • Handle general office coordination and project-based administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills For The Office Coordinator
  • 2+ years of receptionist/front desk experience.
  • Comfortable managing shipping/logistics and tracking packages end-to-end.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
