Job description

Power Auto Group is looking for an amazing individual to shine at the DMV/Admin Clerk desk at our Corvallis location. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of DMV experience, detail oriented, self-starter and team player.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process DMV paperwork on all new and used vehicles
  • Overseeing that titles are processed in accordance with DMV regulations
  • Posting and processing wholesale titles
  • Responsible for tracking DMV shortages and letters to lienholders for title delays
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Previous automotive office experience preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to use 10-key by touch
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate well with people, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • At least 2 years of relevant title experience
