Job description

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced DMV Wholesale Clerk to join our team in San Jose, California, and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The DMV Wholesale Clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, and interacting with vendors and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.
Pay for this position is $28- $31/hr.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Processes vehicle titles for wholesalers with precision and accuracy
  • Responsible to post Wholesale Sales into Accounting
  • Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner
  • Meets company timelines in filing out titles and resolving title issues
  • Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
  • Consistently responds to vendor inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
  • Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards
