Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory / AJAX Administrator to join our exceptional team.  This role combines inventory management, accounting responsibilities, and administrative duties in a dynamic dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain vehicle inventory records in the dealership accounting system
  • Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date vehicle information is available
  • Process wholesale vehicle sales and handle associated DMV paperwork
  • Maintain accounting records and manage collections for AJAX Financial
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ordering
  • Provide support to other office positions as needed

Qualifications:

  • Accounting knowledge preferred
  • Automotive office experience and familiarity with DMV paperwork a plus
