Overview:

Zinga’s is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage the flow of service jobs from start to finish. This role ensures every job has complete and accurate information, while coordinating between our installation team and customers.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven office role where follow-through and communication are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, verify, and organize all required information for service jobs

Communicate with installation teams to obtain missing or updated details

Provide timely and accurate updates to customers

Ensure service jobs move forward without delays or gaps

Track job progress and maintain accurate records

Follow up consistently until each job is completed correctly

Day-to-Day Work Includes:
