We're looking for an Energy Operations Manager to lead and grow our Diesel Exhaust Fluid (D.E.F.) operations. This is more than a management position-it's an opportunity to build high-performing teams, optimize operations, strengthen customer relationships, and help power the communities we serve.

This role is based at our corporate office in Brillion WI.
PAY & SCHEDULE:
  • Hourly pay + overtime after 40 hours
  • First Shift Hours
  • Some required weekends
  • Average 45-55 hours per week
  • Full-time, year-round work
  • Local routes - home every day

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Direct and supervise D.E.F. operations teams including drivers and service technicians
  • Manage day-to-day D.E.F. production, petroleum delivery, tank installations, and service operations
  • Establish departmental goals, operational standards, and performance expectations
  • Coordinate staffing levels and workforce planning to meet seasonal demand
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop operational employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and service excellence
  • Coordinate communication across field teams, office staff, and customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Hazmat Endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Tanker Endorsement (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Aboveground Tank System Installer State Certification (will assist you to obtain)
