Office Coordinator

Fiduciary Real Estate Development (FRED) has over 41 years of property management and development experience and our footprint is continuously expanding. We have more than 38 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Carolina, with numerous upcoming projects, providing plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Corporate Office by welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, coordinating building access, and directing inquiries.
  • Coordinate day-to-day Corporate Office operations, including mail services, shipping, office supply inventory, vendor relationships, office equipment, and other administrative resources.
  • Support the Marketing & Enablement team with onboarding activities, system setup, communications, departmental coordination, and administrative initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to Corporate Office departments and assist with special projects.
  • Maintain the accuracy of apartment listings, property specials, office hours, and other marketing information across digital platforms.
  • Respond to online reviews in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner to enhance the resident experience and company reputation.
  • Assist with the coordination of company meetings, trainings, and employee events by preparing meeting spaces and providing logistical support.
  • Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, common areas, and shared office spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.

General Requirements:
  • Two to five years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, residents, vendors, and visitors.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
