Victory Automotive Group is looking for an Office Manager to ensure the successful day to day operations of the office and the team. They manage/supervise the office staff, oversee recruitment and training, utilize the office systems, ensure communication between all levels of the organization, maintain a clean and well organized facility, and develop/implement office protocols to optimize efficiency in all areas of operation. This position will assist with payroll, onboarding and maintaining dealership paperwork compliance within our systems. The ideal candidate has dealership experience and might have a degree/experience in business, accounting or administrative functions. Previous experience is highly preferred. They must have strong administrative and organizational skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and a working knowledge of the industry.
