Position: Office Manager (Corporate)
i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to fill the position of Office Manager in our corporate office. This individual will ensure seamless daily operations by providing high-level administrative support to corporate office, managing office facilities, and bridging communication between the corporate headquarters and remote mining sites. This role involves handling sensitive corporate data and maintaining compliance with corporate and safety policies.
Location: 5190 Neil Road, Sute 460, Reno NV
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including welcoming visitors, answering phones, managing mail, and ensuring a professional, safe, and secure working environment.
  • Manage complex, revolving company calendars and meeting schedules.
  • Act as the primary contact for office facilities, IT, security, and cleaning vendors. Work with Supply Chain on corporate office vendor contracts.
  • Properly manage corporate archives, records, and files, including sensitive documentation.
  • Handle confidential, sensitive/confidential information.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, memos, forms and presentations.
  • Maintain office efficiency by inventorying supply levels, ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate team.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office catering, supply and service needs.
  • Ensure the office adheres to company-wide safety and health regulations.
  • Plan office activities.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years' experience in an administrate or office management role.
  • High school diploma is required, but a bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various team members and external stakeholders.
