• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and create an understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clients' personal goals, effectively using evidence-based interventions.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via teletherapy, utilizing solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive change.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating your ability to respond to urgent mental health needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed of the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

• A valid and current state-issued license as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude toward clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health environment is preferred, we welcome applications from newly licensed professionals who exhibit a strong passion for mental health advocacy and an eagerness to learn. Experience with teletherapy methods and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities will be beneficial.
