Office Manager

We're looking for a sharp, dependable Office Manager to keep our fast-paced office running smoothly. If you thrive on juggling priorities, take pride in accuracy, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people — both coworkers and clients — we'd love to meet you.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends). Full-Time this is not a remote position.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and general office manager duties.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Manage bookkeeping and financial tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal team members and external clients.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office systems.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Previous experience with payroll, benefits administration, and QuickBooks (required).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
