Join our team and help create a well-organized, welcoming, and productive workplace while supporting our growing team and HR function.
At Ironwall, we're growing our team and our Mission Viejo office. We're looking for an Office Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day office experience, support managers and employees, assist with HR and administrative processes, and help coordinate business travel.
If you want to:

  • Own day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly;
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers, helping coordinate requests, manage calendars, and resolve day-to-day needs;
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, equipment, and other workplace needs;
  • Support travel arrangements for employees attending conferences, trade shows, company events, and business meetings;
  • Support office projects, events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives;
  • Assist with HR onboarding, equipment, & first-day logistics;
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates;
  • Help coordinate employee communications, HR programs, and company initiatives;
  • Partner with the HR Manager on administrative HR tasks and special projects as the company continues to grow.

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, HR coordination, or a similar role;
  • Experience coordinating business travel and using travel booking platforms; TravelPerk experience is a plus;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work comfortably with employees at all levels;
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee and company information;
