About Ironwall by Incogni
For more than a decade, Ironwall by Incogni has been a trusted leader in online privacy protection services for Public Servants. We specialize in removing personal information from the internet for Judges, Law Enforcement, Elected Officials, Social Workers, and other high-risk professionals. Our mission is simple but critical: protect those who protect others.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to help expand Ironwall into new industries while growing our market share and footprint. This role is critical to scaling our organization and supporting our next phase of growth.
You will work closely with our exceptional marketing team in a full-stack sales and business development role, engaging targeted prospects, driving new subscriptions, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
At Ironwall, we value long-term relationships over short-term transactions. We do not use high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, we focus on trust, integrity, and delivering lasting value—principles that have earned us an exceptional reputation in our community and with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with targeted prospects at qualified organizations
- Lead prospects through the full sales cycle using outbound calls, email campaigns, and marketing-driven programs
- Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the marketing team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Attend industry tradeshows, private events, and dinners to generate and follow up on leads
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience selling technology-based services or SaaS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, personable demeanor
- Comfortable conducting business primarily via phone and email
- Proven experience selling to decision-makers
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Office productivity tools and online research techniques

- Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$125,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
