Job description

Salary: $19 - $25 hourly

Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a motivated Registry Specialist / Office Clerk to join our growing team!


Temporary and Permanent positions available.


The Registry Specialist ensures smooth and accurate processing of vehicle registrations and titling.


Core job responsibilities include:

  • Verifies and prepares all required documents for vehicle registration.
  • Ensures compliance with all state Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) rules.
  • Faxes documents to corresponding insurance companies for stamping.
  • Processes registrations and makes copies of completed paperwork.
  • Prepares documents from the previous day for submission to the RMV for titling.
  • Organizes and files all required documents in each deal folder.
  • Maintains inventory of license plates, registration cards, and plate stickers.
  • Serves as a backup receptionist, answering a multi-line phone system as needed.
