Summary:
The Middle Office Associate role typically supports operational processes for investment clients, including account setup, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate client records. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure the accurate and timely completion of daily operational tasks for Institutional OCIO and Discretionary Practice accounts.
  • Lead the setup of complex and nuanced accounts for Institutional OCIO and Discretionary Practice clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the Middle Office Operations Analyst team to facilitate subscription, redemption, and periodic KYC/AML documentation updates for Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and other Alternative Investments.
  • Manage client money movements and account service activities in coordination with custodians, banks, or brokerage firms, maintaining strict adherence to the firm's compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records and activity logs for Institutional OCIO and Discretionary Practice clients, including CRM, trading systems, and custodial platforms.
  • Uphold internal and external client service standards by providing prompt and accurate follow-up, proactive communication, and serving as a knowledgeable operations resource to the firm.
  • Research and respond efficiently to internal and external client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by leadership, contributing to departmental and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Fiducient's core values and consulting team roles to enhance client service delivery.
  • Serve as a backup to the Trade Operations team by executing trades for all client types, utilizing the firm's preferred trading system and custodian-specific platforms, in compliance with firm policies.
  • Assist Middle Office Associate team members working remotely with pending client requests, ensuring continuity of service.

Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 Years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Securities & Banking Transactions

The base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $111,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
