The Front Office Associate serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications.Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.Update and maintain patient records in the practice management system.Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling future care.Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
