Salary: $175K - $250K


Job Summary:

A prestigious global law firm is seeking an Office Administrator to lead operations across its Northern California offices (San Francisco and Silicon Valley). This highly visible leadership role partners closely with office leadership and firmwide management to oversee administration, human resources, facilities, and financial operations while fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day administrative and operational functions for multiple offices.
  • Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement, communication, and firm culture.
  • Oversee facilities, office moves, leases, vendor relationships, workplace safety, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage local HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and monitor office budgets, track expenditures, and support billing and collections efforts.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
