About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations and help keep our office running efficiently. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Administrator will assist with a variety of office, HR, scheduling, and clerical tasks while working closely with multiple departments across the company.
Responsibilities
  • Process and organize office paperwork and administrative documents
  • Scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence
  • Prepare and mail letters, packages, and other documents
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation
  • Assist with onboarding processes and move candidates through pre-screening systems
  • Run recurring reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and schedule trade work and facility-related appointments
  • Prepare bank deposits and assist with basic financial administrative tasks
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
  • Support general office organization and day-to-day operations
  • Assist staff and management with administrative requests and special projects
