  • Conduct client training sessions and webinars on labor and employment topics
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys within the practice group
What You Bring:
  • J.D. and active New York Bar admission; New Jersey admission is a plus
  • 10+ years of management-side labor and employment experience in a law firm environment
  • Significant traditional labor law experience, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, and NLRB proceedings
  • Strong employment litigation experience in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies
  • Experience advising employers on union-related matters and labor relations strategy
  • Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, advocacy, and client counseling skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior attorneys
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters while delivering outstanding client service

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving Labor & Employment practice, work directly with sophisticated management-side clients, and play a meaningful leadership role within a collaborative and growing team.
