Job Title: (OTS) Calibration Technician

Location: San Francisco, In-person

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $25- 35/hr


Company Overview:

We provide calibration and preventive maintenance services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, supporting process equipment, facility systems, utilities, and QC laboratory instrumentation. We also serve as a factory-authorized OEM representative for several pharmaceutical process equipment lines.


Position Overview:

Join our team as a Mechanical/Electrical Calibration Technician, ensuring precision in measurement instruments. This position is embedded full-time onsite at our client’s facility as part of our Onsite Technical Service (OTS) program.


Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and troubleshoot test equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, pressure, temperature, humidity, torque, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
  • Issue and review calibration certificates.
  • Manage data entry and monitor orders.
  • Assist with inventory control and customer service communication.
  • Perform office duties, maintain lab cleanliness, and support workflow.
  • Assist in electrical equipment calibration and testing under supervision.
  • Prepare technical reports and other documentation.
  • Handle additional assigned duties.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience in electrical, temperature, torque, and physical dimensional calibration.
  • Life Sciences, DoD, PMEL, or military calibration background preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to error-free work.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for team interaction and client collaboration.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
