Job description

Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board materials in the US is seeking an OEM Sales Manager to develop new business in our Midwest and East Coast territories in the Printed Circuit Board industry. We are looking for the perfect fit of education, experience and attitude that matches our company culture and enhances our service level to our customers.
What You'll Do:
OEM Design-In & Business Development
Drive early engagement with OEM engineering teams to secure specifications and design wins; identify, develop, and convert opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to production. Position advanced materials based on performance advantages to meet next-generation design requirements.
Customer & Fabricator Alignment
Build strong relationships with PCB fabricators and OEM stakeholders to align on material selection, stack-ups, quoting, and program execution. Drive demand through the fabricator network and ensure alignment with OEM specifications.
Strategic Account & Market Growth
Develop and execute account strategies targeting high-growth markets (aerospace/defense, AI/compute, RF, advanced packaging). Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Cross-Functional Execution & Operations
Collaborate with FAEs, Product Management, suppliers, and Supply Chain to deliver solutions, resolve challenges, and accelerate adoption. Manage forecasting, pipeline, and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure visibility, while supporting pricing, quoting strategy, and program profitability.
Our Wish List: 
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Engineering, Material Science, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • 5+ years outside sales experience in PCB or Electronics industry, distribution sales or products used in the high-tech industry 
  • Self-motivated business professional who is relationship & results driven to succeed
  • Experience with manufacturing and supply chain management in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry
  • Proven success in sales and new business development
  • Ability to travel internationally is required
Compensation and benefits: 
  • Competitive pay from $100,000 - $140,000 annually based on experience/location
