Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Consultant / Analyst to support enterprise digital analytics implementation, governance, and migration initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including implementation, tagging, data layer architecture, CJA schema design, data connections, QA, and cross-channel analytics.
This role will help drive the transition from Adobe Analytics to CJA while enabling unified customer journey measurement across web, mobile, CRM, CDP, and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Adobe Analytics Implementation & Governance
  • Design and implement Adobe Analytics solutions across web and mobile applications.
  • Define and maintain scalable data layer architectures and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain tagging frameworks using Apollo, Adobe Launch, or similar tools.
  • Perform tagging QA, validation, troubleshooting, and data quality checks.
  • Establish analytics governance standards, documentation, naming conventions, and implementation best practices.
Adobe CJA Migration
  • Support and lead migration initiatives from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Map existing Adobe Analytics dimensions, metrics, events, and reporting requirements to CJA.
  • Design and configure CJA schemas, datasets, data connections, and reporting structures.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to integrate CRM, CDP, marketing, and enterprise data sources.
  • Perform reconciliation and validation between Adobe Analytics and CJA.
  • Support adoption of CJA dashboards and cross-channel reporting capabilities.
Cross-Channel Analytics
  • Develop measurement frameworks for customer journeys across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
  • Support journey analysis, attribution, segmentation, personalization, and customer experience use cases.
  • Analyze digital analytics data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to improve customer experiences.
Enterprise Integration & Collaboration
  • Work with engineering and data teams to integrate Adobe platforms with enterprise systems.
  • Support integrations with Snowflake, CRM, CDP, marketing automation platforms, and other data sources.
  • Participate in analytics architecture discussions and technical solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics implementation solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and analytics insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Analytics implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Experience with CJA schema design, datasets, data views, and data connections.
  • Experience configuring Apollo for Adobe Analytics or CJA implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch or other tag management systems.
  • Experience with digital data layers and web analytics implementation.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, SDKs, APIs, and mobile analytics frameworks.
  • Experience with analytics QA and validation tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or ObservePoint.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics, customer journey measurement, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Certified Expert certification in Adobe Analytics or CJA.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Experience integrating Adobe platforms with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or enterprise data platforms.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, privacy, and analytics data governance.
  • Experience with large-scale Adobe Analytics-to-CJA migration programs.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Adobe Analytics / CJA professional who can bridge technical implementation, analytics strategy, and business requirements.
They should be comfortable working with Adobe Analytics and CJA at both the implementation and analytical levels, troubleshooting data quality issues, designing scalable measurement solutions, and collaborating with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders.
